Data Deletion Instructions

How to remove your data from posts.studio.

Disconnect a connected platform

To disconnect a social media account (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and remove the stored OAuth tokens for that connection:

  1. Sign in to posts.studio
  2. Navigate to Connectors in the sidebar
  3. Find the platform and account you want to disconnect
  4. Click the overflow menu (three dots) and select Clear auth

This immediately removes the stored access tokens for that account from our system. You can also revoke our access from the platform's own settings:

Delete all your data

To request full deletion of your account and all associated data (brands, posts, scheduled content, analytics snapshots, media references, OAuth tokens):

  1. Email us at privacy@mcbixconsultants.com
  2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
  3. Include the email address you used to sign in

We will confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and authentication records
  • All brands, posts, captions, and scheduled content you created
  • All OAuth tokens for connected social media platforms
  • All analytics snapshots and performance data
  • All uploaded media references

Posts that were already published to external platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) remain on those platforms. To remove them, you must delete them on the platform itself.
