Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using posts.studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

posts.studio is a social media management platform operated by McBix Consultants that allows authorized users to schedule, publish, and analyze content across connected social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

3. User Accounts

Access to posts.studio is restricted to authorized users within an approved Google Workspace domain. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Ensuring you have the right to publish content to any connected social media accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use posts.studio to:

• Publish content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights
• Publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates the policies of connected platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service
• Bypass security measures or access controls

5. Connected Platforms

When you connect third-party social media accounts, you authorize posts.studio to publish content to those accounts on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service:

• LinkedIn User Agreement
• Meta Terms of Service

We are not responsible for actions taken by these platforms, including suspension, content removal, or rate limiting.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you create or upload through posts.studio. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the Service to publish content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so.

7. Service Availability

posts.studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, McBix Consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to posts.studio at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by following the deletion process described in our Data Deletion Instructions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
